Dear Salus, Staying in Mumbai since 1980 and seeing the city evolve its tough on Mumbaikar's when the taps dry up. By now all staying here know how to manage with only half water supply a day. Goemkars staying in Goa should not fall into the trap Mumbai has fallen into. It's wise to plan now
