This issue was reported and fixed http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=6330. Should be part of the next point release. One of the issues that triggered this error was error on client certificate: http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=6329. This is the fix that was

That's not an error message. The warning is from the gatekeeper setup telling you that you don't have a hostcert right now so it won't publish your host's subject name. The other warning is telling you you don't have MPI setup, so it won't auto-setup the MPI jobtype. If you're not using
