It appears you skipped the vim /etc/myproxy-server.config step to
uncomment (remove the '#' character) from the following lines:
accepted_credentials *
authorized_retrievers *
default_retrievers*
authorized_renewers *
default_renewers none
authorized_key_retrievers *
