maybe it could be turned around a bit so that all the llvm/clang
things are moved out of the gnuc block, but at the same time it fits
the way mingw/rsx*/etc are handled now.
i'd say leave it like this, and maybe do some shuffling several clang

I think that Harbour official distro is usable out-of-the-box .
I agree that having a separate download for harbour qt Xbase
Extension is rational way but having hbide.exe ready to run in harbour
after setup is very exciting idea
