member in hfcc.org, a private worldwide NGO also for frequency requests.
There are some dodgy sea station hobbyists since decades,
around the private 5 to 10 kW hobby radio pirate stations in Germany
and Holland, called by FNA as "Bagatellrundfunk" "Trivial Radio".
Means: 'No licensing procedure if almost nobody hears it anyway'.
And the Radio Producers also acted in the DVD porn scene - disc shipping
bussiness - with black Africans amateur actors in past decade also.
Last Morse code CW QRM intentional CW disruptions of 6085 kHz
acc TDoA finding came from North Rhine Westphalia,
close to Velbert, Neviges, Wuppertal suburb greater area.
This morning at 09.30 - 09.40 UT noted multi-tone wobbling QRM signal on
6003.500 and 6006.500 kHz against SW Service Kall Eifel Germany in
Ukrainian.
But jam disturbtion on 6055v only in Germany mostly Bavaria traced,
nothing heard in Finland nor in Saratov Russia nor in Italy.
Later on also the CW morse code jammer on 6006.270 kHz performed again too.

It's surely not legal. Is the Deutsche-Bundespost not interested in the
whole situation?

Just speculating here, but the jammer could be a radio amateur who lives
near the transmitters at Krekkel-Kall and MiAmigo jams his receiver at 40m
and other Radio Amateur bands due to proximity, but it could also be any
lunatic who does the jamming!
