Thanks to Tim Hall for the tip, I logged this station well before Willows sunrise this morning (Fri, Dec 27th). He heard KIQS at 9pm pacific time with a full ID and programming the night before. The station is a 250 watt non directional daytimer that isn't signing off. They play a variety of mexican music and you can find their stream here: https://streamdb5web.securenetsystems.net/v5/KTOR
