At 0600 UT, 5040 was checked, but Cuba still blocked the frequency. UNID. 6300-USB, 0714+ UT, on March 10. Long conversation in French(?); perhaps is daily here, as once before I heard the same; at 0811, the consistent daily reciting from the Qur'an.
