I have never noted anyhing interesting on 3200 kHz from LA but I have had an unID LA station yesterday and today thursday - both morning and evening. This evening I was lucky o get both name and QTH (QTH is better on my original recording). "Carepa" is located in the department of Antioquia in northwestern Colombia with 40.000 inhabitants. "Colombia Mia" is owned by the Colombian militry. Harmonic from 1600 kHz.
