re 9400 kHz terrible whistle heterodyne signal noted here for the first time
from 1800 UT on Oct 28.
"Radyoya Denge Kurdistane" via Issoudun noted on even 9400.0 well stronger
ahead, but underneath another sce on 9400.200 kHz and TOM Brother Stair
sermon could be heard.

XEPPM, midnight in Mexico. Followed at 0602 UT by R. Educaci?n ID only as

authorized only 20 kW! Brief open carrier and off 6185. No ACI from absent
Brasil 6180, but RHC is splattering all the way from 6165.

YES, nominal 15205 kHz. Much distorted transmitting signal from BSKSA Riyadh
on HQ program at 1720 UT on Oct 28 on 15208.2 kHz. Wobbling carrier
frequency, not really exact measurement possible, but visible broadband
distorted range of 15194.4 to 15221.7 kHz range.
Powerhouse S=9+40dB or -31dBm tremendously.
The other BSKSA Riyadh's 1st program in Arabic, with some phone-in calls on
both 15225 and 15435 kHz are heard both audio-wise on correct signal level,
at same 17-18 UT time slot.
log of 19 mb in 17-18 UT, start at 1715 UT on lower end

15610 USA EWTN not strong as usual, S=8-9 -75dBm only bad propagation.
15770 USA RMI TOM progr in progress, low level, bad sunspot disturbed
propagation.
15825 USA WWCR Nashville TN program, with program advice later afternoon
program tip.
SAUDI ARABIA (still) and now at 1840 UT Oct 28 distorted unit on
9557.83 variable wobbling signal, broadband audio distorted on range of
9545.3 to 9573.4 kHz.
Next door adjacent powerful IBRA radio as Woofferton signal on 9550 kHz
covers really the distortion, in 1800-1930 UT time slot.
