fix of a design flaw Icom did for free. Prevents the transmitter from going

to mediumwaves of 1000/2000 kW at 500 / 120 / 1400 meters distance,
2700 meters distance towards PBS 4 x MW masts,
the 15 x 50 kW CNR shortwaves are 35 kilometers distance away,
other CNR / PBS MW Urumqi are 64
Also CRI Urumqi 1521 kHz on as normal.

Paul, I've been using the Icom 746 Pro since 2002. Excellent radio for its
price class. It hasn't been available new for a few years. Check the ham swap
