0525-0535 UT check on Febr 20.
Scheduled daily 0420-0550 UT, heard with powerful S=9+35dB this morning.
And accompanied three heavy scratching audio distortion spurs, on
9447-9453, 9487-9490, 9491.8-9507 kHz, and
9597.6-9611.3, 9647.8-9665.3, 9704-9711 kHz.
