I attended ALA Virtual as well. I enjoyed most of the sessions. I found I
preferred live sessions over recorded events, even though they didn’t
support q/a (which would have been better). I imagine that’s a
psychological difference, but it felt more connected for me.

I "attended" ALA this year. Part of the time I had to work out a schedule
around AJL. For the most part, I liked the presentations. I found them no less
no more inspiring then last year. I do miss the in-person sessions, but was
grateful for this opportunity. Unfortunately I missed Heidi's

I actually found ALA Virtual a mostly pretty good conference. True, I did
find *some* of the speakers uninspiring, but I think that’s the case with
any such event.
I had no trouble getting into the live or on-demand sessions. If a session
was live, it usually became available in on-demand
I'm chiming in to say that this was indeed an excellent session! Heidi's
choice of foci and resources to share made for an extremely effective
presentation. Not surprisingly, she also created a first-rate handout.
So Heidi and Emily, thank you both!
