Re: [HCP-Users] S900 -> S1200 path?

Hi Michael, Due to the complexities and sheer size of the dataset we don't have a "patch" connectome in a box available. However, going from S900 to S1200 is not that complex as long as you are willing to wait on the downloads. There are not that many modifications in the processing between

Hi Frank, We found that issue for subject 105620 in our anatomical image QC (issue code A) and it was classified as a "Small posterior midline arachnoid cyst" which is a finding considered as a normal variant or benign. We took great care not to release any subject data that is considered

2017-07-07 Thread Michael Stauffer
Hi, Is there a description of the best way to upgrade an installation of the S900 set to the S1200 set? If I read correctly, some of the data in the S900 has been modified in S1200, so simply downloading the new patients in S1200 doesn't seem to be enough. Is there a "patch" in a box so the full

2017-07-07 Thread David Van Essen
Claude et al., The HCP pipelines include a process of registering individual-subject data to an atlas flat map (originally derived from the human PALS atlas). This does not include a process for generating de novo flat maps. Other software (e.g., FreeSurfer and Caret) have methods for

You want a group average atlas for the FreeSurfer parcellation? I don’t think we have that, but FreeSurfer might. We don’t recommend using the FreeSurfer gyral and sulcal parcellation however. Better to use a functionally relevant parcellation like this one:
