Hello,
Upon starting to analyse our data, which was acquired with an HCP-like
protocol, with the HCP pipelines, we were wondering if there is an
available script or tool that converts DICOM to NIFTI in the HCP dir
structure.
Hope to hear from you.

ask that on the FreeSurfer list as that is not an HCP

but in the hcp_fix script, i saw it calls melodic by itself, so im a
bit confused about the parallel step-by-step procedure, that includes the
hcp_fix script and the PostFix script.
hope this clears things up.
thanks,

but regarding this repository, you mean MSM_HOCR/src/MSM ?
because the files there are .cc, which is not what the pipeline codes look
for..

hey
following this issue, should the $MSMBINDIR point to this whole directory,
or only to the src folder inside of it?

hey,
what is the current recommendation regarding group analysis for task fmri
data?
converting to fake-nifty and analysing using fsl tools?
or is there any available tool for doing this on with CIFTI files?
cheers,

Dear experts,
while running the fMRISurface pipeline (using the latest pipeline release)
I encountered an issue where the subcortical-processing script takes a
really long while (now running for more than 6 hours).
this is the command on which it is stuck
${CARET7DIR}/wb_command
some further information that might be useful - the output file
rfMRI_REST_AP_temp_atlas.dtseries.nii, has already been created. its in the
target folder. but the command won't stop "running"

ssh to our server (from home..)
because when i started another session, the path to the lost file was ok
