Mani's is pretty nice, it switches people just a split second before
the round ends, rather than waiting for an entire round for no reason
and then switching when the round after that starts.

This update prevents the te bug for any mod and also fixes

I registered a bunch of servers and they never ever scanned them after
the first setup scan.
So I deleted the configs from steambans.com and changed all my rcon
passwords.
on the other hand, the we adopted the adjudication model requiring a
demo
cs source stats is screwed up:
