How can I define a clan tag in the server.cfg etc.?

You can't define that in the server.cfg. Add a new Group to the Steam
Community and set the Tag for the Group. If you are in this Group you can
select the Clantag/Grouptag ingame.

Newer engine has higher needs. It is likely that your celeron just got too
old to run srcds.

I want to update my dedicated server to the new Version. But when I start
./steam -command update ... and so on ... I get the message Segmentation
error.
I can´t start in -debug mode etc. - I don´t know what´s the problem. Until
the update the machine works fine.
