You will need to remove this file sdktools.ext.2.ep2v in the extensions
folder to get the server started. Nicholas looks to be updating the

aren't given priority, and updates of any size tend to bring Steam down for

The errors are confusing, but it's a normal part of the queuing
process. It just means the server it's trying to connect to is too
busy.
