It's a messy system that certainly needs to be fixed, but it's probably low on Valve's list of priorities. That said, you don't have to get people in your lobby to put in the mm_dedicated_force_servers stuff. Only the lobby leader needs to have that option set. - Dave Eric Riemers

Anyone else notice that Valve removed the 3rd party hosting provided by.. banner when you view the scoreboard? I still get my MOTD and the banner on connect, and for a few seconds at the top right of the game when the level starts it displays the banner, but it's no longer on the scoreboard page.
