Like I said, there's only two places where the console works for me:
1) Main menu (no sub menus!)
2) In game.

I have formatted it that way, using ip:port. The two servers are
separated by a comma. I
It's a messy system that certainly needs to be fixed, but it's probably
low on Valve's list of priorities. That said, you don't have to get
people in your lobby to put in the mm_dedicated_force_servers stuff.
Only the lobby leader needs to have that option set.
