Really, the word chamado would be much more appropriated on most of
support environment. But here at the enterprise I work we use a software
that name IT request as Solicitação and I wanted to have backward
compatibility. :) My installation didn't contain the files
AgentTimeAccounting

In New FAQ Article, the 3 options menu presented for Status, they are no
translation strings on the corresponding translation file (i.e.
pt_BR_FAQ.pm)
