We have three S08 and two S28 processors.
The 0 represents one book, (1 represents 2 books) the 2 represents 3

We just upgraded our processors and since we had to POR I defined a number
of lpars as reserved, name(*).
Now when we want a real lpar we will just unreserve one of them and o a

We lost an LPAR in the Parallel Sysplex because of the situation
described in HIPER APAR OA18015.
One of the LPARs couldn't access the couple dataset and we ended up in a
WAIT 0A2.

I allocated a 3 volume zFS dataset and formatted it.
I attempted to format many more blocks than were alloacted.
The format step ended with:

We have changed the JCL to use a separate precompile step and are making
progress.

Here are the compiler options:
PP 5655-G53 IBM ENTERPRISE COBOL FOR Z/OS 3.3.1
We sent a bunch of COBOL source off-site to get it massaged.
Now we have it back and some of the source won't compile. Enterprose 3.3.1
compiler.
By that I mean the 140,000 source line program blows the compiler.
We've been juggling with the SIZE and BUF parameters and feel we've
squeezed

We have one lpar that the CPC screen of RMF reports the following:
Partition: P0D2084 Model 308
CPC Capacity: 448 Weight % of Max:

All the other lpars report CPC and Image capacity are the same.
