My personal feeling is that RHCE won't be a bad thing to go for.
However, if you already know more than what is covered in the
Red Hat objectives and your communication skills are above
average you can do without the certification.
I don't know abt whether there are companies that

administering Windows would not be tougher than a cakewalk.
On the other hand after getting used to a cakewalk on Windows,
Linux might seem a tough mountain to climb.
