broadband amplified loop. I bought one some time back mainly just to see
how well it worked at LF, which is my primary use for receive-only

Poor conditions this Saturday morning, nothing heard above "very
poor/poor" levels. Local sunrise at 1332 utc. The whole band took a dive
from about 1300-1330 utc with hardly anything heard. There seemed to be
a slight sunrise enhancement for a couple minutes.

LWBC doing fairly well again this evening despite the fairly high
static. 162 France with warbly data signal on the carrier (heard in CW
mode); 171 Morocco with middle eastern vocal music; 252 Algeria with
talk and music--all very poor/poor 0330 utc (10/21 utc).

Better TP conditions this morning with 972 and 1566 reaching good
levels. And first time this season, signals heard at 1400 utc, 29
minutes past sunrise (1331 utc). Still some hets heard after 1400 utc too.

Mostly poor conditions, maybe a little better today. 1566 HLAZ briefly
rising to decent level. Lots of hets over low and mid band but mostly
weak, far from producing audio. Rapid fading on most signals. No
expanded band.
