Thanks, but I've done all that. This has to do with style, which is
somewhere else, and that action doesn't work there for some reason. I'm

Hi Vicky,
I'm not sure what you have tried at this point, so please excuse me if any
of my below suggestions have already been given.
Use Insert+F to learn what is going on under the cursor. I think if you
select a portion of text and then you execute this command you will get
different info,
Hi Vicki,
I don't remember your original post so I am not sure which version of Word
you are using. If you are using Word 2003 then you can select all text by
using CTRL+A. After selecting all text, use Alt+CTRL+N to change all text
to the normal style. If you have NVDA on your computer
There is a style, called Normal, which might do the trick.
Good luck!

That's what I'm trying to set everything at, but I can't get the documents
to keep it there. There are three or four styles within each document. I
want everything to normal, and I can't get it to save that setting.

This won't affect other things Will it? For example, the line spacing,
indentations for paragraphs, centered text, etc. I just need to know what to
expect. If it takes everything away, then I'll need to reformat all the
other font and paragraph settings too. Thanks.

Not exactly, at least I don't think so. My problem isn't finding it, but

Hi Vicky,
Hi folks, lately when I have an e-mail open and click on a link,
internet explorer doesn't open it. I find I need to go to IE open it

You probably know this, but in order to change anything, it has to be

Good luck!

Hi Vicki,
Unfortunately, if built-in styles have been used in the document then not
just the font and size attributes will be affected. Left alignment is part
of the normal style. Even if you modify the normal style for the current
document or create a new style, the choices for alignment

Hi, Brian.
I can make those changes, but JAWS is still saying Cap before each instance

I know there's an upper case voice because if I go into the voices submenu,
there's a control to specify the pitch of the upper case voice. I just

Hello Lisa,
I think that what you are looking for is in the Speech and Sound Manager
under the miscellaneous page tab. The speech and sound manager can be
opened from the settings menu in the configuration manager. Pick the
classic scheme in the list of schemes and tab to the edit button.
I apologise if I'm doing this the wrong way. But could I please go no mail until I return to my
