I think Jaws 15 works somewhat better with IE and definitely better with newer versions of Firefox. I learned the hard way that it does not pay to skip an upgrade. I went from version 4 to 7 to 9 then 11 and 13 before I bit the bullet and paid the $120 for the advance copies. I ended up having

Hi Tamera, Someone may correct me on this, but using Outlook 2010 it appears that you would with a message closed go to the view menu and scroll down to conversations submenu. Press enter or the right arrow key and check the box that reads Show as conversations. It looks different using JAWS 14,
