Hi Mike,
that's strange. In all the articles I've come across, and in Microsoft's help,
a OneDrive folder is shown at the same level as your personal folder and This
PC. I've no idea why it's not there in your case. If the OneDrive folder is
present at that level in the hierarchy, it means that
I don't know the answer to this, because I use programs that don't use
ribbons and really don't understand the concept. But a friend was in a
program--I'm assuming maybe an email program--and she did something and all
Jaws says is lower ribbon. How can she get out of that menu and get Jaws to

Okay, I know you hold down the shift key, but how do you choose the library
you want? I find the library I want, and hit enter on it, but it just opens
the folder, it doesn't select it. So how do you do this? Thanks.

Greg,
Try typing MSCONFIG in the Windows + R dialog box and press enter.
Then, you might get the security confirmation, if you want to allow this
program to make changes to your computer?
Select yes, then press the space bar
There you can uncheck/ check what starts up.
In the start up tab.

George,
Thanks so much. I had forgotten about msconfig. I used it when I had a
windows XP computer. The only thing I wasn't clear on is how to make all
services run in the background. I didn't see that option on the services
tab.

Hi Mario,
Try repairing J13 to see if the repair will put the necessary file back,
then try uninstalling. When uninstalling make sure that you do not remove
shared components.

Take care.

Hi,
SURE,once you get rid of all those un-necessary programs at start up,
Your PC should start up faster.
But, you must tab to the apply, then to the OK, to save your settings.
If, this does not speed up your pc at start up, you might have malware
issue.
That's the way I been running my PC

Mario,
Once, you finish your repair on jaws 14 and is running and you're happy.
You can leave jaws 13 in your program list, it's not really going to bother.
Because at start up, jaws 14 is the one selected to start.
