Is it OnMouseOver? If you have JAWS set to announce OnMouseOver elements, which it does by default, you press CTRL+JAWS+ENTER to activate the sectgion where the element is found. If such elements are however not being announced there, then it is an accessibility issue for the site developers to

Hi The option of reading PDF documents in IE or not is an Adobe option, not an IE option. The easiest way to change it is to start Adobe Reader, then go to the edit menu and open the Accessibility sub-menu. From there choose Setup Assistant and press enter. This brings up a multi-page

Speaking of Amazon! I note that many of the e-mails I get read the subject line and then stop, rest of the screen is blank. Using Jaws 17 latest, tried Jaws key X to switch through the different smart navigation views, pages that used to read are now blank. Using Outlook 2010 Windows 7.

I have been often frustrated when I would complete a cumbersome web form only to find that I could not activate the submit button. Sometimes I have found that this will happen when you have left out a required item, or for some reason they just didn't like the way you filled out the form. Andy
