which it does by default, you press CTRL+JAWS+ENTER to activate the sectgion
where the element is found. If such elements are however not being announced
there, then it is an accessibility issue for the site developers to

Using virtual ribbons, I hit the alt key to invoke them. I
then arrow once to the left to get on file tab. I then arrow
down a few times until on options. I then tab over until I
