I'm using the latest Jaws 17 64-bit on Windows 7 with no lag/delay problems. Upgrading to JFW 17 did require that I completely remove all previously installed FS products and then do a clean install. The one problem that I am having is with PDF files. For no apparent reason, JFW keeps jumping

In general, to do a clean install of an antivirus program you need to download and run a removal tool from that program's web site. Of course, they don't want you to remove their product, so they don't make the process easy. For example, you may have to solve a CAPTCHA to access or run the tool.

Yes, usually three or four windows opened up at the same time. However, this still happens some times with only two windows opened up. I have tried everything I can think of to correct the issue, with no luck. So, the more of us testing this issue, the better. I think it is something in the Jaws
