Shift-control-f doesn't search inside a message, but searches a group of
messages, typically a folder.

When in a message you can press F4 to bring up the search text dialog within
that message for a keyword. To look for the word a second time use shift/f4.

Out of curiosity, with jaws 18 and outlook 2007, I tried insert-cntrl-f and
what I get is "point black on white mix font." So, it did not work for me
either and I would be interested for any suggestions.
