Windows Defender for anti-virus. Free version of MalwareBytes for anti-malware. Defender is already built into your Windows 10 and probably good enough for your purposes. It's less annoying than free AV out nowadays, which is always full of ads and hardly ever great from an accessibility

the problem is f/s fault. not mine. its still usable. the programming is not the same for the laptop and desktop layout. i am useing the desktop layout. and the capslock for the jaws key. only alt capslock will turn it on or off. double pressing the key will not work with this layout.
