button that would let me see what cookies I had collected and selectively

what browser do you use, firefox has an extension addon called self
destructing cookies which when closing tabs or exiting firefox clears all
cookies.

I had thought that somewhere in the Internet Options dialog that there
was a button that would let me see what cookies I had collected and
selectively delete some or all of them. but all I found was for
temporary cache files.
So, can anyone recommend a simple and accessible cookie
