I would just modify the "normal style" (or create and apply a new paragraph
style) and specify the desired indentation there.
I wouldn't manually change the indentationm of all the paragraphs in a document
- that would waste far too much time.

HI, Fernando.
In the US English version of MS Word, control-f is the find command and
control-h the "search and replace" command.
Control-m, which I believe is the US English counterpart of your Spanish
control-f, indents at the left side. However, it doesn't allow for the specific
Hi Mohib,
At least in Spanish, there are keystrokes for hanging the text in two different
preset ways, specifically CTRL+F and CTRL+H. I say at least in Spanish, because
unlike in other languages Microsoft localized a lot of the keyboard shortcuts
in Office Spanish versions, and may not be the
Justin, yes control+1 did the trick for single line spacing, but I
don't know why after selecting the desired block of text in the
paragraph, pressing tab key is making the text disappeared.
Adrian, yes that procedure is working fine, but it will take lots of
time as I have to indent block of text
Hi, Mohib. Let me state what I think you're trying to accomplish and then give
you my suggestion. I believe you wish to set off a block of text by indenting
both left and right margins. When I do this, I also go from double-space to

Select the part you want, then use control 2 for double line.
As far as indenting a selected portion, just select what you want to

letter, then
Justin, I have already written whole document, now I want to indent

One more query, is there any command to change line spacing in the
word document? Suppose I have the document with 1.5 line spacing, but
I want to convert selected portion into single line
Hi Mohaid, my last message should have been addressed to you.
Justin, Sorry for addressing my last message to you. I can't even explain
why I was under the impression that you sent it. Maybe I need a cup of Mr.
Farron's coffee before I reply to messages.

It has been a while since I used Word2007, but you can try this.
If you are only trying to indent the first line of the paragraph, place your
cursor on the first letter of the first line and press tab.
If you are wanting to indent the entire paragraph from the left margin, you
will
How does pression tab before you type not work?
That's what I do to indent a paragraph.

Hi jaws users, can anyone tell me how to do indent right a paragraph,
or few sentences in a paragraph in MS word 2007 document? Actually I
