Has your job received any automatic updates for Windows from Microsoft lately? I've noticed since a recent Windows 10 March update that JAWS 18 no longer reads the message body for the default Mail app in the Virtual Viewer window. You have to switch to Caret browsing for it to somewhat work

Seems to happen quite frequently now, where after a time playing files in Winamp Jaws goes silent. In fact it seems like a whole part of the sound card not used by Winamp locks up. Winamp keeps playing so it's not a total computer freeze, but I can't get any speech no matter what I do. I
