In Excel 2007, I believe that the command is Insert+Shift+S. Here at home I have 2003 running on a laptop, And at work I use the command all of the time on a full 101 keyboard, so I can't confirm it. If this is not the correct command, look in Insert+F1, Insert+H, or Insert+w. I know I found it
