Hi, Cathy. Have you routed the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor to see if there's another window or dialog on top of the document window? I know JAWS 10 is better about keeping focused when that happens, but I've had it happen to me, so thought I'd throw out the suggestion. Also, I don't think
