Thanks, Annette, but I'm afraid your post shows it doesn't work. I opened your message and the clipboard text came up. I tried to refresh with insert-escape, but the clipboard didn't go away. I had to do the alt-enter dos- à-dos again. Any other thoughts? This is very distracting.

Creating Message/filter rules in outlook, I believe these steps will work in outlook 2010,2013,2016. 1, open outlook. 2, you first need to create the folder in which you want to filter the messages too. Ctrl+shift+e=create new folder, So here in the edit field type the preferred folder name. Now

Ever since I experimented with the Office keyboard, JAWS keeps verbalizing the clipboard's content everywhere I go. Say I open an email and set it up for reply, I leave the message, return to the edit field, and all JAWS will do is read the clipboard. The workaround is to alt-enter out of the
