It has been painfully obvious to me that Microsoft has just given talk and
nothing more. If they really wanted computers to talk like Macs do they could
make them do so. All one needs do is look at the Edge browser and say no more.
I wonder if they'll strike a deal with vfo and Office like they

Microsoft have been improving the accessibility of their setup process

literally) using Narrator all the way up to the point of installing JAWS,
without any assistance.
Linux and Mac users (I'm in both categories) have been
Hi, Judy. As Debby and others have posted, Jaws is not yet accessible with

Two years since Microsoft Edge has been almost mandatory for every one using
Windows 10 until you switch the default at least, and still not truly
accessible to anyone unless you use narrator. This from company who claims
to want accessibility out of the box,. I am supposed to believe they

Hi Judy,
Edge's accessibility layer has enhanced a little bit since Windows 10 build

Specifically for JAWS, unlike NVDA JAWS does not provide Virtual Cursor Support

Yes, and then I did, CTRL + SHIFT + S, and then the number of the sheet was
there, but when I press H, D, S nothing happened.
Was there alt before the HDS?

I wanted it to.
Thanks for the help.

Yes I pressed enter, but when I did the HDS all it did was put the letters

What I did was be on the sheet I wanted to delete, and pressed alt HDS, and
it deleted the sheet without doing the ctrl shift s first.
I liked that, because it was faster, lol.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
There was a whole thread devoted to this on another list, with the consensus
being that it isn't ready for JAWS users but is coming along nicely. A few
days ago someone posted a tutorial on Microsoft Edge with another screen
