Hi Andy: I've changed the password in both locations and I'm still getting that dialog. When pressing escape on the ok button, the dialog does disappear but the account still isn't working. I do not use AOL mail exclusively, I only use it to get email notifications for apple related stuff

Occasionally, when I go to the desktop, I can't get a new window to open unless I reboot the computer. I have windows 7 and IE 11 on a 64 bit computer. I had to have a new hard drive installed in 2013 when my computer crashed. Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? Miriam .
