Hi all,
has anyone on the list experienced add-ons in Thunderbird mysteriously
go missing.
It seems like I do something like down loading in another application
and when I go into Thunderbird an add-on suddenly disappears.
does anyone know the reason for this?

I believe that is a hidden file. If you could find it, you could

I have tried One Click DVD Copy, and it has a very graphical interface. In
order to make it usable, you would first have to try the OCR in JAWS, or get
a program like Hot Spot Clicker so that you could locate the positions of

I'd say 99 percent likelihood is you need Jaws 64-bit version, as most
Windows 7 machines are 64-bit.
The way you can tell for sure, press Windows-key together with the pause
key, the third key on the right above the six-pack or do a Windows search
for system properties.

Does this command also work with Windows XP Professional? When I pressed
Windows+Pause, I landed in a multi-paged dialog with lots of information but
didn't see anything about whether I had a 32 or 64 bit machine.

Well, it looks like it was not your fault that JAWS (and all sound) was
muted in the first place. Probably the 'mute all sound' checkbox (in the
volume control) was somehow inadvertently checked by the guy beforew
finishing using TeamViewer.

Yes it does Jaws would report it if it were a 64 bit system. so, being
your system is 32 bit, that's why it isn't in the system properrties. At
least, not on my XP Pro system as well.

virtualizing the window with Jaws key+alt+W, or Jaws key+control+W if using
Jaws 11 or earlier.
