Mike, from comments of others, it appears that the free version is good enough. When I purchased the product, I was unaware that a free version existed. Hi Marilyn, I went ahead and upgraded to the Pro version mainly because I wanted the scheduled scanning feature. The Pro version has a few other perks that I can't tell you about off the top of my head but, as I stated I switched mostly for the scheduled scanning feature. Take care. If you have the free version of SuperAntispyware you can, because the fre version of SuperAntispyware doesn't have real-time protection in it and it is just a cleaner only. With the Pro version you get real-time protection and can schedule scans and so forth. As I remember it, you can also get a lifetime subscription for an additional $9.00 (not sure if this is still available or not, but was there when I checked it last). I'm currently using the free version which works just great with Jaws. I'm also using Malwarebytes' anti-Malware along with Superantispyware and I have a great combination along with Avast 4 Home Edition. I also have Spywareblaster installed on my machine.
