Hm. And no third-party scanners/filters running? Where is the message coming
from telling you the download is blocked? You say the same thing happens in
both iE and Firefox

HI, using win10 latest build I am unable to download jaws. It gets to a
certain percentage and says the download has been blocked ideas please?
Defender is off any suggestions. Could something in the privacy settings be
causing this? I turned practically it all off Microsoft doesn't need all
