I think it did, it just took a long time to do. Plan on leaving it for at least an hour once it has begun. If jaws doesn't start, you can hit windows-ctrl-u to bring up narrator and figure out what is going on, likely it will still be installing. On 11/12/2013 16:43, Nicole Valicia
