In a word no. I emailed them but I never heard back. I contacted Bank of America and I told him under no circumstances would pay for a subscription that I unsubscribed from. I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens on August 1, 2018 when They try to renew my subscription with a credit card that I have already canceled three months ago. You should call the institution associated with your payment method and see if they could block the transaction from their end. Just explain your situation.
