I'm seeing a trend.
I use spamassassin (spamd) and the conflict resolution box appears on messages
that a subsequent filter moves the message into a different folder.

For me with 4.8 the dialog has appeared few times only (3-4 times). I use Arch
Linux which follows closely to upstream releases. Just yesterday have upgraded
