[libreoffice-l10n] Adding new locales

Had a request for Frisian (fy) so I added UI_master and Website via the admin panel but nothing is showing. Is the system slow, buggy or did I forget to flick some switch? Did that yesterday so even if slow, would be expecting it to be done by now. Still not entirely at home with the new
