Re: [libreoffice-l10n] How to translate surveys?
Hi, it is not possible via Pootle, b/c it is part of the websites of LibreOffice / TDF. You can make a document or suggestions, which can then be uploaded or done from someone with access rights. Too complicated in my eyes for making suggestions regarding corrections, spelling improvements or translations. But it's an interesting question for future if it will possible to translate/correct/improve website parts of LO / TDF via Pootle and / or Gerrit maybe. [libreoffice-l10n] Something wrong with my Pootle-Account?
Hello all, after 3 weeks I am back from hospital and started again to work on Pootle. I realized that my suggestions don't show up in the statistics. Also reverting of some of them isn't possible, b/c I get a "not found".(?) So my question, is there something wrong with Pootle or my account? Hi Michael, * as cloph already mentioned, sources of some strings had been changed. Some of them are already translated somewhere and are still in the translation memory system. Unfortunately there is no automatic tool (yet) to put these given translations into the new strings and be done. Hi Michael, *, yes, it is true. There are 3 active projects now for ALL languages, not only Sorbians. 5.2 and 5.3 are in "maintenance mode". There are still translations to do and errors to fix. Don't know if you aware, but there is a further (and last) release planned for 5.2. 5.2.7 RC 1 is planned for tagging on Tuesday, 11th of April. The only branch which is really obsolete by now is the 5.1 branch.
