Hi again,
I was only able to give it a fast preview today. The evening became
more busy than i expected at first.
Apart from it being only partly translated the program seems to work
well at first glance. Starting the installer though yield an error

menu, it sets language to All Languages. The langage is not visible in
the language list here: https://translate.apache.org/projects/aoo40/

For additional commands,
tead. Translating prepositions alone often is just impossible and
wouldnt make any sence in context later, no matter what you put
there..
In some areas there are a lot of such words to translate.. :|

I think we get the server back on november 14th, lol.. because i have a

I asked the same question about Estonian webpage about a year ago.
Back then it was a ping-pong when set of strings were exchanged via
e-mail. I believe Matthias was working on that with me.
As a result the opening view of the webpage got translated into

What is the current access point to Apache Pootle transation service?
The one i knew seems to be not operational.
last time i used translate-upgrade.apache.org but today the whole day
i receive 504 Gateway Timeout error message there (tried different
devices and browsers)

Redirect to estonian is different too now.
The message is completely missing from the yellowish bar (showing just
one-color line where used to be en-US). But clicking that empty line
redirects now correctly to openoffice.org/et/
