I just ran this report. Two questions: 1)How can I prevent it from listing
the same error twice? (i.e. two identical lines, one after the other). 2)
How can I prevent it from showing Surname all uppercase as an error when I
have it set to do that? I would appreciate some guidance. Thanks, B.
by trial and error but a users manual or tutorial would probably make
it easier.
Thanks again for everyone's help - this is a great group!

Thanks to all who replied - problem solved! The first suggestion I tried was
the one from Kathy. It worked so I did not try the other ones, but I have
archived them for the future - just in case. Thanks again, what a relief!

List,
On several occasions I have seen references to Long name locations and
Short name locations. Could someone explain what these are and
when/where/why/how they are used?
Thanks,

Many thanks for your help. I was looking in the wrong place (Legacy web

GGGM are unlinked? 2) If they turn out to be my relatives, do I
change the unlink to link for each one separately, or--? 3)If they are
not of my line, what is proper way to delete them? As you can tell, I am
trying to be very cautious before I start doing this. Thanks much.

Hope this is clear. Any and all help will be greatly apprececiated.

Is there anyway to copy (type) data from an actual Census document into
one of the blank census forms provided in Legacy Reports, and then
copy that completed form into, say, Events or Notes?
Any help will be much appreciated - thanks.
