One last thought- what version of Norton are you using? Norton is known to
have caused some problems, it tended to clog up both my computers which then
ran slow- I have heard that it has caused some other problems as well. I had

I have found out that it is always best to back up files and I have also
started using Microsoft One Note to organize notes, etc on each line of my tree.
Whenever I put something in the notes section I also copy it on my hard drive
under my documents and then also copy them into One
