program and then solution by error number.

It probably does need a fix as an application shouldn't have an error
displayed that is based on its underlying technology. However, error 3021 is
a common one with Legacy and can be found from the Legacy web site
Go to the Legacy Home tab and click on Online Troubleshooting Help.

program is looking for a file that isn't there. I would first try cleaning
