If you mean into the GEO DB, you can't? If you want to find a cities' L/L and
use it to assist in mapping, it does that. Once you have the numbers, you can
change the name of the location, and keep the numbers.

What do you mean by adjusting the county listings? Louisiana and Alaska have
something *similar* to counties - the Parish and the Borough and the Census
Area - and those show in the Geo under County. Although I see they
indicate the Census Areas with (CA) after the name.

complete their locations. I also acknowledge that many people from
your country do not recognise themselves as coming from the UK or

Nor am I happy with UK as the country for England, Scotland,

Like you I seem to remember in the dim and distant past having to download
the European Geo Location database. I have since assumed that it is now
included in all updates and nor can I find any reference to it on Legacy's
Web Site either. All I know is that I have it.

As it happens sometimes, just this morning I clicked on 'Search' -
'Search the IGI Website' then 'Search, and a window popped up asking if
I wanted to download a Geo Location database. This window has a place to
tick if you choose not to see it again.
